Upgrade Rims - SVT-Trucks Forum

I'm looking to do a number of upgrades to my 2000 Lightning, but I have a question that I have not gotten an good answer to. If I upgrade to new 20" diameter, 10" wide rims vs the current 9.5" ones, will that fit within the wheel well and the fenders or will it have problems with that? It's only 0.5" but I don't have enough background to know this. If anyone knows about this please let me know. If the 10" won't work, I'll just get 9.5". Thanks.
